Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-10-27

Saigon Kitchen is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities.

Our Commitment

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content meets the guidelines, but some parts do not fully meet them yet (see the known limitations). We have checked the site with automated accessibility tools (axe) and with manual reviews of keyboard navigation, colour contrast and screen reader support.

Known Limitations

These are the limitations we know about and are working on:

  • Image descriptions: photos of dishes, the gallery and reviews are described using the dish name or caption. Some descriptions may be generic or may not capture every detail of the image.
  • Customer content: review text and photos are written by our customers and may not meet every guideline.
  • Third-party services: table reservations are made on QuicRes's page and maps open in Google Maps. We do not control the accessibility of those services.
  • Allergens: on the menu, allergens are shown as icons; their names are available to screen readers and on hover, and are written out on each dish's page. If you need allergen information, please always ask our staff.

Reporting Accessibility Barriers

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have difficulty using any part of our website, please let us know. Contact us at info@saigonkitchen.es and describe the issue you experienced. We take all accessibility feedback seriously and will work to address reported issues promptly.

Enforcement and Assistance

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may contact the relevant national enforcement body. In Spain, you may reach out to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service regarding digital accessibility obligations.

Review Date

This accessibility statement was last reviewed on 27 October 2026. We will review and update this statement periodically, particularly after accessibility audits and significant website updates.
