Table Reservations

Table reservations are made through QuicRes, an external provider. When you book, QuicRes's own terms also apply. If you cannot come, please cancel or change your reservation as early as possible.

Reviews

If you have an account, you can post reviews with a rating, text and, optionally, a photo. We review every submission before publishing it and may reject or remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful, misleading, unrelated to our restaurant or that contain other people's personal data. By submitting a review, you allow us to show it on this website together with your first name. If you edit a review, it goes back to review before it is published again. You can ask us to delete it at info@saigonkitchen.es.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAIGON HOSPITALITY S.L shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum provisions that may apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
